Bottle Flipping Equipment

This equipment is developed by our company based on years of experience in conveyor production line manufacturing, drawing on the advantages of similar models at home and abroad, and according to the specific process requirements of customers. It is mainly suitable for impurity removal in glass bottles and can meet the needs of bottles with different diameters and heights. It is applied in the automatic impurity removal process of empty bottles in industries such as food.
The equipment mainly consists of bottle clamping chains, conveyor belts, power parts, and racks, which can be integrated into fully automatic production lines or used separately for bottle pouring operations. The glass bottle is fed into the bottle clamp chain through a conveyor belt, and the bottle is clamped and flipped by the clamp chain until the bottle mouth is facing downwards. After removing debris, it is then clamped and flipped by the clamp chain until the bottle mouth is facing upwards, thus completing the bottle delivery.
