Monitoring of pressure and friction coefficient of conveyor belt status

Install a pressure sensor between the baffle and the baffle fixing bracket to monitor the pressure changes of the goods on the conveyor belt on the baffle in real time, used to sense the pressure between the bottles on the conveyor belt. When the system detects abnormal pressure fluctuation data (such as fallen or stuck bottles), it reduces the quality risk caused by excessive bottle pressure, improves maintenance costs caused by wear and tear, reduces energy consumption, and analyzes and alarms for phenomena such as fallen bottles.
