Monitoring of friction coefficient of conveyor belt status chain plate

By using a tension sensor and a set of devices in fixed-point contact with the surface of the chain plate, the tension data is converted into surface friction coefficient through a pre-set algorithm model of the system. It supports setting standard range values for each friction coefficient measurement point. When the friction coefficient exceeds the upper limit of the set value, the system automatically pushes an alarm prompt and can alert the chemical usage status. At the same time, it automatically generates the current event report and relevant dosage data.
